ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. How you will get the job done

  • managing, troubleshooting and operating Cloud infrastructure (AWS) with Graphical User Interface (GUI) and Cloud Command Line Interface (CLI) tools
  • managing, troubleshooting and operating Linux and Windows Operating systems
  • managing, troubleshooting and operating DevOps Tools: Github code repository, Jenkins, Kubernetes clusters, Docker, Nexus repository, Kibana, Grafana and Prometheus application
  • being responsible for Incident resolution and closure with the use of BMC Tool under defined service levels
  • escalating unresolved incidents to Team Lead promptly to prevent breaking defined service levels
  • delivering orders/ service request fulfillments with use of BMC Tool under service levels
  • deploying and configuring Technology Stack, infrastructure and ITSM tools for new development
  • deploying monitoring, metrics, logging systems and fault detection strategies
  • creating and managing automation scripts
  • creating documentation of issues and procedures with the use of Confluence and Jira
  • enhancing client satisfaction by identifying and supporting process improvements and automation initiatives while ensuring compliance of solutions to the operations roadmap


Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English
  • min. 2 years of experience in Security Analyst, Cloud Engineer or a System Administrator role
  • experience in administration of at least one common OS (Linux, Windows)
  • practical knowledge in AWS
  • experience in containerized platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, EKS)
  • excellent understanding of Cloud concepts and design
  • practical knowledge in at least one configuration management tool is welcome (Ansible, Puppet etc.)
  • experience with CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, GH Actions)
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
