  • Analyse, review, and provide timely data to the Tax Managed Service Provider for tax compliance filings, following COC's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform key processes and controls as per the Tax Governance Framework to ensure accurate data for tax calculations and error elimination.
  • Maintain timely submission of all tax filing requirements with consistent disclosures, and support group tax reporting periodically.
  • Prepare statutory filings in line with Local GAAP, including notes and disclosures, and prepare, review and approve VAT returns, EC Listings, and Intrastat reports for selected regions.
  • Support external audits, liaise with auditors, complete reconciliations between local GAAP and IFRS, and verify correct accounting of business transactions.
  • Participate in local, regional, and global projects, support ad-hoc financial analysis, and drive process improvements for compliance, quality, and efficiency.
Our requirements
  • Solid Direct tax and Statutory reporting background. Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and Intercompany is a huge plus,
  • Professional proficiency of English,
  • Acting as a focal point between different stakeholders, multitask and meet fixed deadlines,
  • Strong computer skills with particular experience in Excel and SAP,
  • Ability to multitask, manage time constraints, and communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels,
  • Critical mindset to challenge existing tools and processes, promote business development, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
