We are currently looking for Logistics (Order Handling) Specialists with Danish (f/m/d) language to join our international order management / logistics center in one of our businesses.

In this role, you'll primarily handle customer orders for products and systems, assist with logistics operations, and contribute to building a shared services delivery model dedicated to the European countries.

☑️ Processing orders in the system (SAP) based on the input from customers and salesmen

☑️ Phone and e-mail contact with customers

☑️ Close cooperation with various internal departments

☑️ Organization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulations

☑️ Handling warranty and return process

☑️ Actively proposing process optimizations

Our requirements

✅ Proficient written and verbal communication in Danish (B2/C1) and good level of English is a must (B2)

✅ Some experience or background in logistics, supply chain, business administration or customer service (preferably in the technical sector, SSC/BPO) would be an additional advantage

✅ Familiarity with SAP is a nice plus

✅ You enjoy being a part of a team, see great value in partnership and deliver outstanding customer service with strong communication skills

✅ You're open-minded and tackle tasks with a positive and constructive can-do attitude
