Valuer/Senior Valuer

Your Responsibilities

• Independently preparing valuation reports and appraisals in both Polish and English

• Managing valuation projects independently, including portfolio valuations

• Conducting property inspections across Poland

• Maintaining and developing relationships with clients

• Collecting transactional data and conducting real estate market analyses

• Collaborating closely with the internal team.

Our Requirements

• Higher education (preferred fields: economics, law, technical disciplines such as geodesy, spatial planning, etc.)

• Certified Property Valuer license (Rzeczoznawca Majątkowy)

• REV and RICS qualifications are a strong advantage

• 3–5 years of professional experience in valuing commercial real estate, including portfolios

• Strong report writing skills in both Polish and English

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, including Macros)

• Strong analytical thinking skills

• High attention to detail, reliability, and timely execution

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks

• Excellent teamwork skills

• Programming skills (e.g., Visual Basic, Python) are a plus

• Experience with GIS mapping applications (e.g., QGIS) is an asset.
