As a Senior Director of Engineering / Site Lead for our Wrocław office, you will lead an organization that builds and manages services and data at scale. We are looking for someone to help shape and guide the engineering culture of our new site, ensuring alignment with our broader company values. This leader should have broad experience in technology, a demonstrated track record of accountability, and documented accomplishments working in remote sites. They will foster an environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence—empowering engineers to be highly effective and deliver meaningful impact.This role is based in Wrocław, Poland.What you’ll doYou will use your extensive expertise and knowledge in the area of innovative technologies, to drive strategic R&D initiatives in software engineering, leveraging advanced methodologies and technologies to optimize system architecture, elevate code quality, and enhance overall development processesInitially, you will lead through influence, working closely with teams that report to engineering leaders at our headquarters.
