Main Responsibilities:
Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in web applications.
Assess application’s response times, throughput, and scalability through rigorous testing.
Utilize tools to simulate load and stress test scenarios.
Develop and implement performance optimization strategies.
Collaborate with developers and architects on performance enhancements.
Monitor web application performance metrics using various tools.
Troubleshoot performance issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Stay updated with industry trends in web application performance engineering.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Web Application Performance Engineer or Non-Functional Testing Engineer.
Strong understanding of web application architecture and performance optimization techniques.
Proficient in performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner Enterprise).
Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTTP, and REST services.
Familiarity with web server configurations and optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
