Project ManagerMiejsce pracy: WarszawaTechnologies we useExpectedJiraConfluenceYour responsibilitiesEnd-to-end project management: from initiation and requirements analysis to implementation and post-go-live support.Scope, estimation, and backlog management.Advanced JIRA use: work organization, monitoring velocity, burndown charts, release planning, and progress reporting.Team planning and building (assessing needs, competencies, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle).Managing low performance: identifying issues, coaching, corrective actions, and escalation.Acceptance of partial deliverables and substantive quality assessment for readiness for the next stages.Project finance and P&L management – monitoring costs, revenues, margins, profitability, and initiating corrective actions.Coordination of large teams and collaboration with clients on requirement prioritization.Our requirementsMin. 8 years of experience in commercial projects from scratch for external clients.Higher technical education.Large, complex projects (>1.5M PLN, teams >10 members).Ability to work in projects with various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Practical experience with PM tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.Certifications and standards: PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum Master (PSM/CSM) or equivalent.Experience in preparing proposals for the public sector.Ability to analyze tender and contract documentation with understanding – identifying requirements, risks, and contractor obligations.Practical knowledge of industry-related laws and regulations.Very good command of English (written and spoken)OptionalExperience in public sector projects, including knowledge of public procurement law, tender documentation, and formal decision-making processes.Benefitssharing the costs of sports activitiesprivate medical caresharing the costs of foreign language classessharing the costs of professional training & courseslife insuranceremote work opportunitiesfruitsintegration eventsBritenet Sp. z o.o.Britenet is a European provider of IT solutions and software services, operating since 2006.
