The GenAI Strategy at SoftServe aims to spearhead the development and implementation of intelligent software systems that integrate GenAI, AI, Data Analytics, MLOps, and Cloud infrastructure.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in Generative AI and natural language processing (NLP) techniques, with expertise in large-scale transformer models and generative pre-trained LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Knowledgeable of diffusion models and cutting-edge frameworks for both text and image generation
• Capable of leading AI initiatives by applying advanced deep learning and NLP techniques
• Qualified with a Ph.D. or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Well-versed in the latest machine learning, deep learning, and NLP advancements, with hands-on expertise in models like GPT-4 and BERT, including fine-tuning
• Proficient in the AI project lifecycle, from development to operationalization and cloud deployment
• Skilled in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Possessing strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent at translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences
• Fluent in business communication in English at an upper-intermediate level

AND YOU WANT TO

• Work with the full stack of data analysis, deep learning, and machine learning model pipelines, including deep customer data analysis, modeling, and deployment in production
• Choose relevant computational tools for study, experiment, or research objectives
• Drive the development of innovative solutions for language generation, text synthesis, and creative content generation using the latest state-of-the-art techniques
• Develop and implement advanced Generative AI solutions such as intelligent assistants, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and other innovative applications
• Conduct and participate in AI workshops, discoveries, and initial engagements with clients
• Design project scope, and roadmap, estimate analytical and deployment efforts
• Lead a team of researchers to show the power of AI to clients effectively
• Transform business challenges to AI application
• Work with clients by leading and participating in AI workshops, discoveries, and initial engagements
• Present results directly to stakeholders and gather business requirements
• Compile and interpret analysis results as well as contribute to the proposals and architecture vision delivered to the customer
• Use cutting-edge technology and tools to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Produce clear, concise, well-organized, and error-free computer programs using the appropriate technological stack
• Develop expertise in state-of-the-art Generative AI techniques and methodologies
• Work with Big Data solutions and advanced data tools in cloud platforms
• Build and operationalize ML models, including data manipulation, experiment design, analysis plan development, and insight generation
