In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. We are committed to fostering innovation and meeting the evolving needs of our clients worldwide.

We are looking for Actuaries to join our team. In your role you will work closely with the Central Reserving Life and Health teams of ERGO Group, contributing to the development and execution of our quarterly closing processes.
- product ownership and test management for ERGO Groups central IFRS 17 system landscape
- improving and developing the IFRS17 infrastructure for Life and Health business within the ERGO Group, especially for the Life & Health systems
- aligning on requirements for ERGO group central IFRS17 systems with ERGO Life and Health entities
- planning and managing requirements, releases, deadlines and stakeholders
- collaborating with IT departments on implementation and developing central IFRS17 system landscape
- creating and coordinating test activities, developing and releasing plans with various stakeholders and systems
- monitoring of the progress of test activities and coordination of bug management including status reporting
- optimizing of global business processes and carrying out data analyses
- supporting junior colleagues in taking on the roles as Product Owner/ Test Manager
- fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- graduate degree in mathematics, economics or a comparable quantitative field
- excellent technical and analytical skills, structured way of thinking, logical and concise approach and high attention to detail
- advanced knowledge of the MS Office package
- programming skills
- database knowledge
- professional experience in project work
- knowledge of Life and Health insurance business models
- proactivity, great organization and communication skills
- high intercultural competency and willingness to travel internationally
