We are looking for a skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer (Typescript + Java) to join our team.
Our customer is the European online car market with over 30 million monthly users, with a market presence in 18 countries. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.
Project Tech stack:
JavaScript, React, Java, Spring Boot, Scala, AWS, TypeScript
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of existing services (e.g., bug fixes, security updates, improvements in Java, Scala, and TypeScript)
- Building new APIs and web applications
- Migrating legacy services to new technologies
- Creating and managing online ads for private users
- Managing appointment systems between sellers and buyers
- Running user profile services to store and manage user data
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience with TypeScript/React for web application development
- Proficiency with Java/Spring Boot or/and Scala for building APIs and web applications
- Strong knowledge and commercial experience with AWS
Should Have:
- Experience with hosting in Cloud
- Docker/containers
- AWS RDS/SQL DB, AWS Lambda, AWS CloudFront
Nice to Have:
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog
