We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to take full ownership of our design process and elevate our product's user experience. About us

We are a 15-person tech startup based in Krakow , focused on developing B2B SaaS solutions for digital credential management. We are led by experienced founders and backed by leading EU venture funds. In just two years, our team has launched our core product and gained over 1000 organizations as paying customers including Guinness World Records, Salesforce, National Geographic, L'Oréal, and many others. Now we're poised for growth and ready to expand our team.

What will you do?

As our Product Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our product by applying your design expertise and helping us improve the existing product functionality, and design new features.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and running the entire design process from ideation to implementation and everything that entails–UX, UI, prototyping.
  • Transforming user needs, pains, and business goals into thoughtful and complete designs.
  • Ensuring the highest design standards through meticulous attention to detail and application of best design practices.
  • Incorporating feedback and data to refine designs and optimize user experiences.
  • Bringing your thought leadership to our design process to help us develop and improve.
  • Collaborating with product managers and software engineers to maintain a highly efficient delivery team.

What do you need to succeed?

Experience and expertise:

  • Professional experience: Over 3 years of experience in Product Design within B2B SaaS companies.
  • UI/UX expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, rationale, and results.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Figma, the ability to work within an established design system.
  • English & Polish language proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication in Polish and English (B2/C1+ level) to create effective UX writing and collaborate within an international team.

Skills and competencies:

  • Product focus: Ability to quickly grasp product functionality and translate it into great design.
  • Analytical skills: Utilize data and experience to inform design decisions and solve complex problems effectively.
  • Critical thinking: Evaluate different approaches to determine the most
  • effective way to meet both user and business goals.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in small teams where flexibility and quick decision-making are essential.
  • Proactivity, Leadership & initiative: You are self-organized and solution-oriented, with a proactive "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently.
