  • Maintaining adequate stocks of raw materials and materials to ensure continuity of production;
  • Entering and updating data in the ERP system database;
  • Monitoring of the domestic and international supply market in order to find alternative sources of supply and to implement optimal commercial conditions of current suppliers;
  • Taking care of relations with suppliers of raw materials and materials – consistent improvement of relations;
  • Control of timeliness and completeness of orders by suppliers;
  • Participation in the complaint process of purchased materials and services;
  • Participation in the preparation and updating of procedures for the needs of the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System.
Our requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • English - B2
  • Understanding supplier cost structures
  • Negotiation skills
  • Moderately fluent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Attention to detail, ability to collect and analyze data
