Jakie będą Twoje zadania?


  • przejmujesz odpowiedzialność za zarządzanie personelem oraz asortymentem na powierzonej powierzchni sprzedażowej
  • analizujesz wyniki, obserwujesz rynek, trendy i dzielisz się swoimi spostrzeżeniami
  • jesteś odpowiedzialny/a za motywowanie i coaching swojego zespołu oraz za wysoką jakość obsługi klienta
  • towarzyszysz Country Managerom podczas ich wizyt w sklepie oraz wdrażasz ustalone działania na swoim dziale

  • masz już kilkuletnie doświadczenie na stanowisku kierowniczym, najchętniej w branży odzieżowej
  • jesteś samodzielny/a w podejmowaniu decyzji i bardzo dobrze organizujesz pracę własną
  • potrafisz koordynować pracę podległych pracowników i rozwiązywać ewentualne konflikty
  • swobodnie komunikujesz się w języku niemieckim lub angielskim
  • znasz zasady VM, obowiązujące w branży odzieżowej
  • mile widziane ukończone studia w zakresie zarządzania
