Job title description

• Governance and management of the demand pipeline - acting as a key partner for internal CEE OneIT stakeholders to capture, structure, align, and plan business demand

• Consistent capturing of IT requests with alignment to demand priorities

• Sharing knowledge across teams and contributing to knowledge development; coaching and mentoring team members

• Leading teams with professional skepticism and structured problem-solving

• Building strong working relationships across teams and CEE countries; supporting collaboration and transparency

• Capturing new demand and ensuring the quality and completeness of scope and specifications for accurate estimation and scheduling of the implementation

• Coordinating new requests across architecture, security, development, and data teams to improve response time and delivery alignment

• Working with business stakeholders to shape and standardize demand management processes across IT functions

• Identifying common threads among projects to accelerate delivery, and encourage common tools working closely with architecture

• Ensuring business and executive sponsorship prior to project initiation and alignment with delivery teams

• Managing multiple projects and initiatives within the portfolio to ensure effective planning and delivery

• Ensuring all technology solutions comply with KPMG policies, standards, and governance processes

• Collaborating closely with the CEE OneIT Portfolio and Delivery team

Requirements

We are currently seeking a CEE OneIT Portfolio Manager with a high standard of communication and excellent coordination and analytics skills. High attention to details and strong Project Management experience is highly desired.

Candidate profile​:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT departments with project, program, or portfolio management at an international level

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

• Proven experience with business analysis, business development, solution development, project/program management, and project delivery (PMP, Certified BA, and/or ScrumMaster Certification will be a plus)

• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working effectively in international environments with both internal and external clients

• Knowledge and practical experience with Agile and ITIL methodologies (certifications are an advantage)

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, fostering efficient collaboration across teams
