Who You Are:

  • You’re a creative person with a sharp sense of what’s trending on TikTok and Instagram. You know what works right now and can come up with formats that grab attention and shape a cool, authentic brand image.

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in social media - maybe you’ve managed brand profiles, worked on campaigns, or created content yourself.

  • You’re well-organized, reliable, and can take a concept from idea to execution.

  • We’re looking for someone who naturally understands Gen Z culture - someone who can think creatively, react to trends, and craft content that truly resonates with that audience.

  • It’s a big plus if you create videos yourself, record TikToks or reels, and enjoy experimenting with new formats.

  • You speak Polish fluently and have a good command of English, both spoken and written.


What will you do?

  • Come up with and execute fresh social media ideas based on current TikTok (must have) and Instagram trends.

  • Prepare creative briefs and collaborate with people who help bring your ideas to life.

  • Help build a cohesive and modern brand presence on social media.

  • Coordinate social media activities and keep things running smoothly (around 40h per month).

  • Create your own video content or test new formats.

  • Bring fresh energy and authentic creativity that feels current and cool.

  • Agreement type of your choice between B2B contract or other (UZ).

  • Salary between 80 - 110 PLN per/ hour (negotiable).

  • Becoming a PRO user of ClickUp.

  • Full access to needed digital tools and our knowledge library.

  • Multiple occasions to integrate with all Tribers (if wanted).

  • Possibility to use our benefits like Multisport card on preferential terms (if wanted).
