This role is a key business partner position, responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and providing detailed analyses that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will report directly to the FP&A Director and work closely with senior leadership to shape the company's financial strategy. We are looking for a candidate with a strong finance background, solid accounting knowledge, and exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills.What you will be doingPlanning & ModellingMaintain and improve advanced financial models to support planning and assess investment projects and business cases.Drive the execution of annual budgeting and forecasting (short and long-term) processes, supporting the FP&A Director in coordination.Create scenario analyses and ad-hoc models to support strategic decisions.Reporting & AnalysisCreate and present management reports and presentations focused on commercial performance, key business KPIs, and strategic initiatives for both the FP&A Director and the Executive Team.Conduct monthly financial reporting for the Management Board and business leaders, including detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast).Perform in-depth financial analysis, including profitability analysis by product, customer, and sales channel.Business Partnering & OptimisationMonitor cost development and provide support to budget holders in managing their financial responsibilities.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their financial needs and support operational decision-making.Drive optimisation and automation of financial planning and reporting processes.We are looking for individuals withMinimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record in FP&A, Controlling, or Audit.Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, focusing on advanced financial modeling, scenario switching, and effective data integration (Power Query / Pivot, robust linking, and handling datasets).
