Position Overview:
Key responsibilities
Collecting and cleaning data from various database by building and adjusting ETL processes based on cloud environment (Microsoft Azure, PowerBI) and on PaaS/SaaS cloud solutions
Extract data from different databases, like: device inventory, users population with attributes.
As the result of data analysis is used by senior directors and SVPs, it requires clear visualisation of metrics, goals, results. This job is going to provide high quality of visuals, which are meaningful for senior stakeholders
Perform recurring and ad-hoc analysis of KPIs, SLAs, financials requested by senior stakeholders to help manage their services efficiently
Create and constantly improve financial and operational dashboard for Business Ops organisation
Supporting and training users on advanced development and most effective use of PowerBI web service solution
Education
Master’s in statistics, mathematics, or computer science or similar technical field
Familiar with PowerBI and other BI platforms
Experience working with and creating data architecture
Experience in analysing data obtained internally or from 3rd party providers
Knowledge about Microsoft Flow and PowerApps
Proficient with programming languages PowerQuery, DAX, SQL (other languages like Python, Scala will be an advantage)
Familiar to Agile Project Management frameworks (VFQ, SAFe) and tools (Kanban, Scrum, Jira)
Min. 3 years of experience in data, data science, data engineering and/or other technology related capabilities
