In this role, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of LLM-based solutions, overseeing prompt engineering efforts, and ensuring robust, scalable AI systems are delivered. You will lead a cross-functional teams, manage project priorities, and act as the main technical point of contact across internal and external stakeholders.What you’ll doLead the architecture and development of AI/ML solutions, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering and RAG.Provide direction, oversee, and coordinate the implementation of AI/ML use cases across different team under Credit and Capital Management department.Active and engaged member of AI Communities / Forums at CIB Tech level. Be responsible for implementing and influence on strategic direction given by CIB AI team. Drive experimentation and innovation in NLP, ML, and AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices, focusing on fairness, transparency, and accountability.Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and data scientists on the team.Collaborate with architects, product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.Present complex technical solutions and roadmaps clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Create, lead and manage CIB CCM Tech AI Management Meetings. Report directly to CIB CCM Tech Head and being active and engaged member of the CIB CCM Tech leadership team.What you need to have to succeed in this roleProven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer in AI/ML projects.Experience in leading, overseeing and shaping strategy for AI/ML implementation across the organization.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills: can present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations, and features to business parties.
