About the project

The Embedded Competency Center is an organizational unit of Sii, that brings together almost 500 specialists. We are currently looking for a C++ Software Engineer. The candidate will work on System Control and HMI software for products such as heat pumps, boilers, and system solutions.

Your responsibilities
  • Delivering customer-centric solutions through fast integration, continuous testing and impactful demonstrations
  • Developing and maintaining C++ based embedded software (Embedded Linux) for heating system control
  • Developing and extending SW architecture (collaborating with architecture and other teams)
  • Integrating with the system architecture via SomeIP communication
  • Performing unit testing (Google Test)
  • Working and collaborating in agile teams in order to meet sprint goals
Our requirements
  • Strong C++ programming (object–oriented)
  • Minimum 5 years of embedded Linux development
  • Familiarity with SomeIP communication protocols
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks: Google Test, Robot Framework
  • Experience with Agile development
  • English or German proficiency
  • Openness to business trips
  • Fluent in Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required
