Offshore Project HR

Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk; Luanda ( Anagola)


Główne obowiązki

  • Systematyczny kontakt z kadrę menadżerską oraz z zespołem realizującym projekty,
  • organizowanie i koordynowanie pracy zespołu HR w przypisanym projekcie,
  • zapewnienie obsady projektów zgodnie z ustalonymi wymogami,
  • bycie Pierwszym punktem kontaktu dla zrekrutowanych i zatrudnionych pracowników,
  • odpowiedzialność za weryfikację, kompletowanie oraz archiwizację dokumentów pracowniczych,
  • przygotowywanie propozycji zmian w harmonogramach i planach obsady oraz utrzymywanie i aktualizowanie planu zmian w systemach,
  • współpraca z działem kadr i firmami szkoleniowymi w zakresie zgodności szkoleń, w tym obowiązkowej certyfikacji, zdolności do podróży itp.
  • zarządzanie wszystkimi praktycznymi aspektami w celu ułatwienia zmian/ rotacji obsady i wspierania działań związanych z podróżami,
  • komunikowanie wszystkich nowych pracowników dołączanych do projektów,
  • nadzór i odpowiedzialność za działania związane z formalnościami prawnymi tj. wizy, pozwolenia na pracę, zwolnienia i certyfikacja,
  • stała aktualizacja systemów HR.


✅ Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane Zarzadzanie Zasobami Ludzkimi ( licencjat/ magister),
  • mile widziane doświadczenie, na podobnym stanowisku, udział w operacyjnych aspektach projektów offshore,
  • biegła obsługa pakietu MS Office,
  • gotowość do wyjazdów zagranicznych,
  • duża swoboda w komunikacji - zarówno w języku polskim jak i angielskim,
  • kultura osobista oraz wysokie i efektywne umiejętności komunikacyjne,
  • samodzielność w organizacji pracy własnej oraz zespołu,
  • bycie otwartym na nowe wyzwania,
  • pewność siebie i sprawne zarządzenie sobą w stresie.
