Profil kancelarii.


Kancelaria działa od końca 2016 roku. W ciągu kilku lat stworzyliśmy zespół złożony z kilkudziesięciu wysokiej klasy specjalistów – adwokatów, radców prawnych, asystentów oraz aplikantów. Nasza załoga systematycznie się powiększa. Doskonale zdajemy sobie sprawę, jak istotna jest dobra atmosfera w miejscu pracy. Naszym pracownikom stworzyliśmy możliwie najlepsze warunki do wykonywania zawodowych obowiązków oraz rozwoju. Cyklicznie organizujemy szkolenia i spotkania integracyjne. ZADANIA:

· analiza standardów i metod, które można wykorzystać w projekcie

· realizacja zaplanowanych projektów, dbałość o obowiązujące standardy i procedury

· monitorowanie terminów i postępów projektów, identyfikacja opóźnień i potencjalnych ryzyk

· utrzymywanie stałej komunikacji między kierownikami projektów (PM-ami) a zarządem, sprawozdawczość wobec zarządu

· wsparcie metodologiczne i narzędziowe dla kierowników projektów

· organizacja szkoleń dla kierowników projektów i zespołów projektowych w celu podnoszenia kompetencji zarządczych

· realizacja bieżących zadań

· nadzorowanie komunikacji w kancelarii

· ustalanie priorytetów zadań i raportowanie postępów prac

· budowanie kultury współpracy na różnych poziomach kancelarii

· bieżące wsparcie zarządu, wspólników

· protokołowanie spotkań, sporządzanie notatek


WYMAGANIA:

· wykształcenie wyższe (Administracja, Zarządzanie)

· 3- 5 letnie doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów -wymóg konieczny

· bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (w szczególności Excel)

· bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, umiejętność zarządzania wieloma zadaniami jednocześnie

· systematyczność, dokładność, odpowiedzialność

· gotowość do pracy w modelu hybrydowym

· znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie swobodnej komunikacji

· wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne

· zaangażowanie

· rzetelność́ w wykonywaniu powierzonych obowiązków

· samodzielność w planowaniu swojej pracy

· wysoka kultura osobista
