Logistics SpecialistMiejsce pracy: Bielany Wrocławskie (pow. wrocławski)Your responsibilities
  • Logistics Specialist oversee E2E flow of goods from the source to the store such as export and import process monitoring, correctness of clearance documents, inbound deliveries to the warehouse and deliveries to Lovisa stores. Main duties include:
  • tracking and monitoring shipment status
  • collaborating with warehouse Team and transportation service providers to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and on time and in full deliveries
  • Working with customs agents
  • Working closely with courier companies to solve all delivery issues
  • Processing duty and freight invoices to ensure proper booking and on time payments
Our requirements
  • Master degree
  • Experience in logistics (2 years) or willing to learn logistics and gain experience
  • Experience in retail logistics highly regarded but not essential
  • Language: English written and spoken advanced B2 min /C1 ideal
  • Excel – able to use advanced formulas and manage large amounts of data
  • Can-do attitude
  • Independent in action, structured, able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and manage stress
  • Able to challenge status quo and implement improvements
  • Open to feedback, continuous improvement mindset
