Today we are looking for a new Customer Growth team member who will support the company in providing complex data analysis on the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. We are looking for people with a data driven mindset, who believe in the power of data in making real business decisions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyzing short and long term effectiveness of marketing campaigns,
- Monitoring marketing data and providing up-to-date analyses,
- Monitoring customer acquisition and retention,
- Reporting key metrics and recommending actions for their optimization,
- Proactively suggesting reporting automations and analysis supporting business decisions,
- Querying and manipulating data sets using SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets,
- Visualizing data with Tableau,
- Designing and developing new reports and reporting capability ,
- Everyday work with DataBricks and Tableau.
EXPECTATIONS
- You have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis/ engineering / science,
- You know how to manipulate, transform and analyze large volumes of data and deliver clear results and insights,
- You have practical knowledge of SQL and know how to effectively query large data sets,
- You have practical knowledge of Python,
- You are curious about how customers relate to brands ,
- You know how to formulate clear insights based on complex analysis,
- You have have high attention to detail,
- You want to contribute to the business by using your data skillset,
- You are a team player,
- You are self-organized and able to work independently,
- You can communicate effectively in English.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Previous experience in retail/ e-commerce,
- Previous experience in CRM and/or marketing analytics,
- Some experience in methods used by data science.
