Skills we are looking for

Min. 3 years of experience in the area of process-business analysis, implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow platform

Programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Implementation experience based on ITIL and/or SCRUM methodology.

ServiceNow System Administrator certification.

Highly developed communication skills (verbal and written) covering all levels of management and technical and business audiences

Ability to clarify and paraphrase requirements and make technical assessments

Excellent English and Polish language skills - minimum C1

Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities at different stages of projects

Proactivity, focus on problem solving and finding improvements

Willingness to learn and constantly explore new areas

Highly developed analytical skills

Willingness to undertake occasional business travel

Nice to have

ITIL certification

Higher education in IT area

Ability to develop Web Services - REST, SOAP

Experience in database design and implementation and management

Experience in developing applications using databases
