Twoje zadania:

  • Bieżąca analiza umów licencyjnych
  • Przeprowadzanie wewnętrznych audytów licencji
  • Uczestnictwo w procesie zakupu licencji na potrzeby organizacji
  • Współtworzenie procedur SAM/ITAM w organizacji
  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji licencyjnej środowisk IT organizacji
  • Przeprowadzanie odbiorów środowisk IT od strony zgodności licencyjnej
  • Parametryzacja i wykorzystanie oprogramowania Snow Licence Manager w celu monitorowania i raportowania zgodności licencyjnej
  • Reprezentowanie organizacji w zewnętrznych procesach audytowych
  • Uczestnictwo w procesach budżetowania oraz optymalizacji kosztowej środowisk IT od strony licencyjnej

Wymagania:

  • Min. 2 lata doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zasobami oprogramowania w rozbudowanych strukturach
  • Znajomość problematyki związanej z licencjonowaniem oprogramowania głównych dostawców takich jak: SAP, Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SUSE
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Znajomości zagadnień związanych z zarządzaniem platformą Microsoft 365
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu licencjami SAP (mile widziane)
