We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.What You’ll Do:As a SQL Developer, you will support the implementation and setup of new clients in our system. As part of this team, you will transfer data from their previous systems to ours, enhance the toolkit currently in use, collaborate regularly with our business team based in the USA, and help implement business plans and ideas. You’ll also maintain ongoing communication with members of the development teams to share knowledge and develop new solutions.In this role, you will:Create and optimize ETL processes for data migrationCreate and optimize efficient SQL queriesCreate data imports/exportsEfficiently communicate with Business Team to better understand the clients' needsGive feedback on data analysis resultsCreate reports using SSRS, Power BIWhat You’ll need to join our Team:Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience2-4 years of experience in a similar rolePractical knowledge of MS SQL ServerUnderstanding of relational database concepts and data modeling principlesFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologiesWorking knowledge of SSRS and SSISExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesHighly self-motivated with the ability to learn independently and conduct researchAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to communicate fluently in Polish and EnglishWhy work with us:Competitive compensation - UoP (Employment Contract): 9,000 PLN – 13,000 PLN gross/month and B2B (Contractor): 10,800 PLN – 15,500 PLN net/month + VATPeriodic salary reviews to ensure your growth is recognizedPrivate healthcare package with Enel-MedMultisport cardCompany-sponsored sports groupsEducational support, including English language classes and other professional development opportunities.Flexible working hours and hybrid work model (we only ask for 1 day a week in the office, giving you the perfect balance between flexibility and team collaboration)Comfortable working conditions in a modern office (ul.
