About the project

Join our team working on projects of one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world and have a real impact on the lives and health of more than 15 million patients

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team of backend developers building AI Agent Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, cloud engineering, and building APIs, including processing of unstructured data.

Your responsibilities
  • Build cloud-based solutions in Python
  • Deploy services to the different environments
  • Design and develop scalable and secure APIs and data processing pipelines (e.g., document indexing for RAG solutions)
  • Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to deploy and manage solutions on Azure or AWS
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Perform bug fixes and support during the deployment and testing phase
Our requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with Python software design and development, with expertise in building scalable and secure solutions, including knowledge of async programming and multithreading
  • Expertise in cloud engineering with commercial experience in Azure or AWS
  • Familiarity with API development (RESTful/GraphQL), with expertise in high-volume request handling (throttling, rate limiting, authentication) and strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
  • Knowledge of microservices and architecture patterns
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, Kubernetes, and Docker will be an asset
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish
  • Residence in Poland is required
