We are looking for Azure Delivery Lead to join us, drive client success, and shape impactful projects while owning relationships, financials, and delivery excellence.​ Take the lead in building and growing our Azure team, drive client partnerships, and unlock new opportunities while shaping projects that fuel long-term success. You will be responsible for: Building, maintaining, and fostering business relationships with C&F clients,Assisting with Azure offerings for C&F clients,Leading the Azure team, including:Active participation in recruiting team members,Planning and defining career paths,Conducting annual performance reviews,Reviewing the team's activities,Organizing processes and resources to promote effective collaboration,Overseeing and guiding project teams, fostering an environment of growth and positive interaction,Acting as the client's point of contact for project issues, with the ability to lead projects from the business side,Managing financial aspects of projects (budget monitoring, burndown, and forecasting) and ensuring required revenue and margin. What you will need: A solid understanding of Azure (you should be able to discuss clients’ challenges and solutions, but don’t need to deep dive into the technical details),Minimum 3 years of practical experience in team/people management,Experience in leading projects (e.g., as a PM or Delivery Lead) and working with international clients,Strong communication (verbal and written) and leadership skills,Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on T&M projects where results matter,Proficiency in creating and managing project documents, including SOWs,A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills,Ability to work independently and take initiative,Very good command of English (C1–C2) and Polish. ✨ What we offer: You choose your employment type – we’re open to both employment contracts and B2B arrangements.
