We're looking for a Senior Fullstack .NET Engineer to join one of our key projects, developing scalable, modern applications in a highly autonomous and technically solid environment.️ What You'll Do:Work primarily on the backend (approx. 80%) using .NET / C# and Azure services, while contributing to frontend (approx. 20%) using React.Take part in architecture design, feature implementation, and performance optimization.Act as a technical leader or mentor, supporting less experienced developers and driving best engineering practices.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, maintainable, and scalable software.Contribute ideas to improve product quality continuously, CI/CD processes, and team efficiency.✅ Must-Have Skills:7+ years of experience in software engineering (fullstack or backend-heavy).Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and Azure services.Solid experience with React (TypeScript or JavaScript).Strong command of SQL and relational databases.Proven ability to design clean architectures and deliver production-grade code.⭐ Strongly Preferred / Big Plus:Experience with ReBAC / RBAC / ABAC models or familiarity with Zanzibar and OPA (Open Policy Agent) – this is a key area for the project.Experience with NoSQL databases.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.Exposure to cloud-native application development.Demonstrated mentoring or leadership experience within engineering teams.
