With their innovative software platform, they have been helping organisations prevent damage and improve safety during excavation projects. Through this partnership, we are driving the future of infrastructure safety - using advanced data analysis and technology to create smarter, safer, and more efficient communities. As part of the central DevOps / Platform Engineering team, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of tools that allow product teams to adopt the modern DevOps standards across their platforms. Your daily responsibilitiesBuild, develop, and maintain DevOps solutions from the ground up in an environment where DevOps practices are still emerging.Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines following industry best practices.Automate software delivery, testing, and environment management processes.Deliver tools, pipelines, and infrastructure solutions to development and operational teams, ensuring smooth adoption and providing ongoing support.Lead and support the migration of projects from VM-based environments to containerised solutions.Identify and address technical and process-related tech debt within existing DevOps practices.Propose, design, and implement improvements that increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability across teams.Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to build and promote a strong DevOps culture.Establish standards, documentation, and guidelines for DevOps processes and tooling. We need you to have:Experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure and/or AWS preferred).Understanding of CI/CD processes with hands-on experience with pipelines.Good understanding of observability tools.Knowledge of networks and network protocols.Basic understanding of infrastructure security.Effective communication that leads to excellent working relationships with all parties.Good English oral and written communication skills. Particularly in the areas of technical presentation and technical document writing. Would be great if you have:Experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure and/or AWS preferred).Experience in working with legacy solutions.Quickly learn new skills and technologies.Work autonomously as and when required.Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python)Tech stack:Azure, AWSTerraform/TerragruntBicepDockerCI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab)Azure DevOpsGit Our offerIn addition to great company and challenging projects, we can offer much, much more:An agile and friendly atmosphere, non-violent communication and full respect for diversity.Possibility to choose from onsite (in Lodz, Poland) or hybrid work (one day a week in our office in Łódź city centre).B2B or Employment Contract - you choose.Remuneration on B2B contract: 1.100-1.300 PLN net/dayRemuneration on Employment Agreement: 19 000 - 21 000 PLN gross per month
