The position requires candidates to be able to come to the office (Plac Europejski) at the client’s request and with variable frequency.Your responsibilitiesDefine, establish, and maintain standards for system design, development practices, software quality, and testingDesign, document, and communicate system architecture in alignment with business and technical objectivesDesign system interoperability and integration points with external and internal systemsElicit needs and analyze requirements from business, technical, and user stakeholdersTranslate business goals and user needs into comprehensive architecture models and system-level designsMap business objectives, project priorities, system components, and functional featuresAnalyze existing systems and evaluate their suitability for reuse, integration, or enhancementIdentify and propose solution options that meet functional, technical, and security requirementsMaintain architectural oversight throughout the entire system lifecycleEstimate and size software development efforts in collaboration with development teamsContribute to system design, quality assurance, testing strategies, and change management processesPrepare system architecture documentation and deliver presentations to stakeholders and project teamsLead development teams, guide technical decision-making, and support development processesSelect, assess, and recommend technologies, frameworks, and architectural patternsGather, interpret, and analyze system metrics to support informed architectural decisionsOptimize system performance, security, scalability, and overall qualityOur requirementsMaster’s degree in ICT or a related field.Minimum B2 level of English ().At least 8 years of professional experience in the IT sector and minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a comparable architectural role in ICT projects.Possibility to visit the client’s office with variable frequency.At least two valid certifications among: A master-level certificate in a relevant software development or software architecture domain (e.g. TOGAF Certified); Certified UML Professional (foundation level); or another internationally recognized equivalent accepted by the Contracting Authority.Experience acting as key architect in the development of at least two software systems.Expertise in systems architecting within the relevant technical domain.Expert-level experience in designing enterprise-grade software systems, including capacity and security planning.Strong technical knowledge covering: databases, application servers, communication middleware, web servers, GIS services, directory services, system security on Microsoft platforms, business intelligence concepts, system integration patterns, Integrated Development Environments.Strong UML design skills.Deep understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycles (RUP, ISO 12207, Agile) and related artefacts.Proficiency in working with modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or similar.Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.Strong documentation skills, including the creation of architectural specifications and technical guidelines.Problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.Practical experience designing and developing large-scale microservices architectures.Experience with large knowledge-based systems.Hands-on experience in designing and developing custom .NET solutions.Practical experience with technologies such as Kafka, SQL Server, Redis, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Azure DevOps.Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure technologies and cloud solutions.This is how we organize our workThis is how we workat the client's siteWhat we offerDevelopment budget (€1200)Modern work tools and technologiesPrivate medical care and a Multisport/Medicoversport cardCollaboration with experienced and engaged people who will appreciate your work and support you whenever you need it Hybrid and flexible cooperation model based on a B2B contract, with the option of occasional on-site presence at the client’s office (e.g. once or twice a week, depending on project needs)Access to psychological support and well-being material through MindgramBenefitssharing the costs of sports activitiesprivate medical caresharing the costs of professional training & courseslife insuranceremote work opportunitiesflexible working timeintegration eventscorporate libraryno dress codeemployee referral programINSPEERITY sp. z o.o.We are Inspeerity (part of DevelopX group), a modern software house, providing software development, consultancy, and maintenance services.
