We are seeking a seasoned Delphi Lead Developer to join one of our clients. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Delphi to design, build, and implement cutting-edge solutions, driving our technology initiatives and ensuring seamless integration across systems. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects, engage with business area experts, and make a significant impact within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Delphi-based solutions, including workflows, integrations, and application designs.
  • Use advanced Delphi knowledge to build complex workflows, debug, and solve challenging problems.
  • Oversee system analysis, detailed system design, and execution with Lead Architect responsibilities.
  • Collaborate closely with other business area experts to ensure project success.
  • Design and develop both web-based and native mobile applications.
  • Develop applications according to design specifications and collaborate with clients on formal design structures.
  • Create and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-8 years in IT, with expertise in systems analysis, design, development, and areas such as Business Process Automation, Operational Efficiency, Customer Engagement, and Legacy System Migration.
  • Delphi Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience with Delphi, including workflows, RTL, VCL, FireMonkey, and integrations with external enterprise systems.
  • Project Implementation: Hands-on experience with end-to-end (E2E) implementation of Delphi solutions for web, native mobile, and hybrid applications.
  • Additional Skills: Delphi certification preferred; experience with C# and .NET is a plus.
