The role combines strong project leadership with deep expertise in cybersecurity technologies.How you will get the job doneleading the end-to-end delivery of global cybersecurity initiatives across heterogeneous, multi-vendor environments with a high degree of customization and complexitydriving the development of project charters that clearly define scope, objectives, timeline, success metrics, requirements (business, non-functional, functional, and operational), and risk mitigations strategies for global cybersecurity initiativesoverseeing technical implementations and integrations of cybersecurity technologies such as:SIEM platforms, SOC, Data Encryptions Standards, Cryptography, PKIAI/ML-driven security analytics and UEBANetwork Security, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Secured Communications ProtocolsData Loss Prevention (DLP) and Email SecurityUser Access Management including IAM, PAM, and IDPsCyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and both security and non-security loggingmanaging the project lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, ensuring delivery against scope, time, and budgetcollaborating with global stakeholders across security, risk, infrastructure, application teams, and third-party vendors to align project goals with organizational security strategy and ensure accountabilitytranslating complex technical concepts into actionable plans and executive-level updatestracking and reporting on project KPIs, risks, interdependencies, and compliance with organizational and regulatory security standardstracking KPIs, manage budgets, and report on progress, risks, and escalations to senior leadership and steering committeesSkills and experience you will needfluency in EnglishBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent experience7+ years of combined experience in technical cybersecurity roles and project management in a global enterprise environmentin-depth technical expertise with at least 5 technologies:SIEM (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel), SOC workflowsEDR (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, MS Defender, CyberArk EPM), DLP, and encryption standardsIAM (e.g., Sailpoint, One Identity Manager), PAM (e.g., CyberArk), IDPsAI/ML in security analytics, UEBAbroader network security architecture, network segmentation, and Secured Communications ProtocolsCloud Security, and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) platforms (e.g., McAfee, MS Defender) Application Security tools such as Fortify, and SAST/DAST Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs), ZTNA (e.g., Zscaler ZIA/ZPA), and Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDP/IPS)Cryptographic technologies, including encryption, PKI, and key managementMulti-Factor Authentication platforms (MFA)CTI platforms and logging architecturese-mail and network security solutionsstrong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience applying them in fluid environmentsability to lead under uncertainty, manage shifting priorities, and thrive in ambiguous settingsexcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skillsNice to heveindustry certifications such as PMP, CISM, CISSP, or Prince2knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)Perks & BenefitsLet's be healthyMedical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.Let's be balancedWork-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
