Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office) Why choose this offer?You can expect a flexible work organizationThe international work environment will give you the opportunity to interact with the English language on a daily basisScandinavian organizational culture will provide you with work-life balance, you will gain time for additional training (financed by Jit)The Jit community will bring you a nice time during regular integration meetings Responsibilities you'll haveDesign, implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Robot Framework and PythonDevelop, optimize and execute automated test suites for web (UI) and API applicationsCollaborate closely with developers, analysts and DevOps engineers to integrate tests into the CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins / Git / Bitbucket)Analyze test results and report defects using JIRA and manage test cases in qTestEnsure alignment with QA standards and testing strategy across multiple environments (pre-prod, UAT, prod)Participate in code reviews, test strategy planning, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport manual testers by identifying high-value areas for automation and ensuring maintainability of test assets Expected competences and knowledge3+ years of experience in test automation (UI and API focus)Proven hands-on experience in Robot Framework and Python programmingGood understanding of test automation design patterns (Page Object Model, keyword-driven approach)Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo) and test management systems (qTest, JIRA)Practical knowledge of REST API testing and tools (Postman, Swagger, REST libraries)Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and Agile (Scrum / SAFe) processesSolid communication skills and fluency in English (B2+ level or higher)Experience in the banking or financial services domain will be a strong advantage Technologies you'll work withSeleniumRobot FrameworkDockerAzure / AWSAllure, Grafana Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
