About the project

The Project Manager leads the Group-wide AI & Automation Programme, oversees the full project portfolio, and drives the successful execution of pilots and rollouts across six plants. Responsible for strategic alignment, governance, and performance delivery.

Your responsibilities
  • Lead the AI & Automation Programme, including roadmap planning, prioritisation, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage the Core Team (Engineers/Specialist involved in different plants into the actions - functionally + University Talents - hierarchically).
  • Develop and enforce technological, digital, and data standards across the Group.
  • Act as the main interface to the Steering Committee; present updates, risks, KPIs, and decisions required.
  • Oversee implementation across plants, ensuring local teams deliver consistent and scalable results.
  • Own Data Governance framework and ensure compliance across systems and plants.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, IT, HR.
Our requirements
  • 5+ years in digital transformation, automation, industrial engineering or AI-related roles.
  • Experience leading multi-site industrial projects.
  • Proven track record of building and developing teams.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, Data Science or related field.
  • Fluent English (C1).
  • Willingness to travel across Europe (~20–50%) – mainly Poland, Czech Republic, France.
  • Strong team-working skills and interdisciplinary mindset.
