Motion Designer

We’re VisualPanda, a UX/UI design agency creating digital experiences for 85 million users worldwide. Our team of 10 (and growing) talented designers thrives on collaboration and creativity. We partner closely with over 150 developers, QA specialists, and product owners to deliver impactful solutions for our clients, building long-term relationships along the way. We’re all about sharing knowledge, staying inspired, and yes, having fun—whether it’s collaborating in the same office or turning our inside jokes into memes.

We’re looking for a talented Motion Designer to join us on a project-by-project basis. While we don’t have motion design needs all the time, when we do, it’s for awesome work like showreels including video and animated graphics, client videos, and slick micro animations. If you're passionate about bringing visuals to life and are open to working with us when those projects come up, we’d love to chat

What you’ll do:

• Work with our team to create eye-catching motion graphics for digital products and presentations.
• Design and animate showreels that show off our best work.
• Create animated content for client projects
• Build engaging micro animations for websites and apps to level up user experiences.
• Incorporate feedback to refine animations and deliver high-quality results.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience as a Motion Designer with a solid portfolio (show us your best work).
• Basic understanding of UX/UI and how motion can make it even better.
• A good eye for timing, movement, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and hit deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to take feedback on board.
• Very good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with UI animation or microinteractions is a plus
