Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and analyzing big data, developing machine learning models, and delivering insightful data presentations to senior leadership. Proficiency in Tableau and strong communication skills are essential to translate complex data into strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Develop and implement machine learning models to support predictive analytics and decision-making processes.

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data strategies.

• Present complex analytical concepts and results to senior management and executive teams clearly and concisely.

• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity throughout all analysis and reporting activities.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in big data, analytics, and machine learning technologies.

Skills and competencies

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, with a focus on big data environments.

• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.

• Expertise in using Tableau for data visualization and storytelling.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools and languages.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).

• Knowledge of data warehousing solutions and ETL processes.

• Familiarity with additional BI tools and data analysis software is a bonus.
