Dla naszego Klienta, międzynarodowej firmy produkcyjnej, w związku z rozwojem struktur wewnętrznych, poszukujemy pełnych pasji i zaangażowania Kandydatów na stanowisko Area Production Manager.

Twój zakres obowiązków
  • Działania zapewniające wykonanie planów produkcyjnych,
  • Zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa pracy na obszarze i pełnej zgodności z wymogami prawnymi i standardami dotyczącymi BHP,
  • Kształtowanie właściwych postaw wobec kwestii jakości i bezpieczeństwa wśród podległych pracowników,
  • Optymalizacja procesów produkcyjnych w celu zwiększenia efektywności i redukcji kosztów,
  • Przewodzenie procesowi eleminacji strat,
  • Zapewnienie właściwego wykorzystania istniejących narzędzi i systemów,
  • Wyznaczanie celów i planów długoterminowych dla podległego zespołu, monitorowanie i wspieranie pracowników w ich realizacji,
  • Zapewnienie odpowiedniego poziomu wyszkolenia podległego zespołu,
  • Odpowiedzialność za przygotowanie budżetu oraz kontrola jego realizacji,
  • Odpowiedzialność za projekty inwestycyjne,
  • Optymalizacja procesów produkcyjnych/ciągłe doskonalenie.
Wymagania pracodawcy
  • Kilkuletnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu produkcją - warunek konieczny,
  • Doświadczenie w firmie o międzynarodowych strukturach - dodatkowy atut,
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zmianą,
  • Nastawienie na rozwój swój i otoczenia,
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne oraz zdolność do pracy z danymi produkcyjnymi i finansowymi,
  • Wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje managerskie oraz interpersonalne,
  • Zaangażowanie, leadership, „postawa przedsiębiorcy”
  • Umiejętność pracy w międzynarodowym środowisku oraz komunikacja w języku polskim i angielskim na wysokim poziomie
