Zakres zadań:


  • Całościowa, samodzielna realizacja jakościowych projektów badawczych (od zebrania potrzeb klienta, poprzez zaplanowanie i zrealizowanie badania, aż do przygotowania raportu i rekomendacji).
  • Współpraca z kluczowymi klientami agencji.
  • Rozwijanie oferty badawczej agencji.
  • Tworzenie ofert sprzedażowych oraz reprezentowanie agencji na spotkaniach z klientami.
  • Współpraca z partnerami zewnętrznymi agencji.


Zaaplikuj do nas, jeśli:


  • Masz minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie w kompleksowym projektowaniu i realizacji badań społecznych i/lub marketingowych oraz pracowniczych.
  • Masz doświadczenie w prowadzeniu wywiadów indywidualnych.
  • Doskonale znasz metody badań jakościowych.
  • Znasz metody ilościowe oraz robisz podstawowe analizy danych w excelu.
  • Swobodnie komunikujesz się w j. angielskim w mowie i w piśmie (poziom min. B2).
  • Masz doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu projektów i bierzesz odpowiedzialność za powierzone zadania.
  • Czujesz się nie tylko badaczem, ale też doradcą – potrafisz przełożyć wyniki badania na konkretne rekomendacje.
  • Przykładasz dużą wagę do szczegółów merytorycznych i estetycznych przygotowywanych materiałów.
