Test Expert


B2B - long-term cooperation

Remote work, but an ad-hoc presence in the Warsaw office is required


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for testing strategy and planning test activities

  • Develops test plan, test cases, and designs testing environment

  • Implements, executes, and debugs application test cases and scripts

  • Validate and document completion of testing and Development

  • Interprets test results, reports on test progress, and issues

  • Analyses functional and technical system design for testability

  • Contributes to quality assurance in the project

  • Documents tests and tracks defects

  • Monitors test results, analyzes the quality of the system, and reports on status and trends

  • Cooperates with analysis, architect,s Software Developmen,t and service desk teams


Requirements:

  • Experience with testing using Azure Devops Test Plans

  • Hands-on experience with coding in one of languages - Python, JavaScript, type script, VBS

  • Hands-on experience with Test Automation using Playwright or equivalent

  • Hands-on experience with creating SQL queries

  • Expert in testing including unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, performance and stress testing, acceptance testing and regression testing

  • Expert in designing test environments

  • Experience in setting up test management tool for new project.

  • Experience in providing test documentation.

  • Experience in leading testing in complex project

  • Practical knowledge of testing tools

  • Analytical mind, attention to detail and an ability to pick things up quickly

  • Presents excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Knowledge of processes in Software Development Lifecycle

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience at similar position

  • At least 1 certification among: ISTQB Advanced • or an equivalent certification recognized internationally or 3 years of experience in test management above required Minimum experience at similar position

  • English level: B2 or higher
