Drive Quality as a Tester at one of the biggest Polish banksŁódź-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month)As a Manual Tester you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, supporting the development of modern mobile solutions used daily by thousands of customers. You will be involved in ensuring the quality and reliability of mobile systems by designing and executing test scenarios, collaborating closely with business users, and contributing to the refinement of new functionalities. In this role, you will help shape innovative financial products by validating requirements, improving testing documentation, and ensuring a seamless user experience across the client’s digital environment.Your main responsibilities:Conduct project work and test mobile IT systemsDevelop and maintain test scenariosCollaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for new solutionsCreate and maintain test documentationReport defectsSupport the team in improving testing processesAssist in verifying functional and non-functional requirementsParticipate in reviews of specifications and business needsYou're ideal for this role if you have:Experience in manual testing of mobile applicationsExperience in preparing test conditions and test scenariosBasic knowledge of software development processesBasic knowledge of testing tools and methodsKnowledge of ISTQBStrong independence, goal orientation and excellent work organizationAbility to learn quickly and work effectively within a teamStrong communication skills and curiosity when cooperating with business stakeholders and external vendorsAbility to collaborate smoothly within cross-functional teamsEnglish proficiency enabling comfortable work with documentation Nice to have:Ability to read/analyze logsKnowledge of MS SQL, PostmanKnowledge of SplunkKnowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, TeamCity, SonarQubeWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
