Product Management and CommunicationsJoin us, and shape technology experiences that empower users dailyKraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day/month in the office).As a Product Management and Communications, you will be working for our client, a global financial services leader, helping to ensure the IT Compliance Engine (ICE) provides clear and transparent technology controls for application teams. You will join a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent experiences for developers and control owners, while supporting broader platform initiatives. Your role will involve engaging stakeholders, communicating roadmaps, supporting pilots for new features, and ensuring that customer needs are central to all developments. You will also contribute to reporting, showcases, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.Your main responsibilities:Supporting the product owner in engaging customers and stakeholdersRunning customer forums and presenting updates on product developmentsAligning and communicating product roadmaps to usersCollaborating with business analysts to set up and run pilots for new featuresCommunicating new features and updates to customers effectivelyTesting processes and ensuring customer-centric approaches in new work and transitionsProducing status reports, RAID updates, and supporting Steering Committee presentationsSupporting product planning, prioritisation, and continuous improvement initiativesChampioning the use of data and metrics to understand customer behaviourYou're ideal for this role if you have:Strong communication skills across all levels of an organisationExperience in working within globally distributed development teamsAbility to capture explicit and implicit requirements and define appropriate solutionsStrong analytical skills to understand and communicate technical concepts to usersProactive and self-starting mindset with ability to seek out and present informationOrganised and methodical approach to align and summarise informationExperience collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to team discussionsAbility to prioritise tasks and support product planningInnovative mindset with willingness to propose improvements and new ideasFocus on customer experience in delivering solutionsIt is a strong plus if you have:PMO experience or knowledge of project management processesExperience with user research or user experience initiativesFamiliarity with data-driven decision-making and metricsKnowledge of globally used compliance or IT control platformsExperience in presenting to senior stakeholders or committeesWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
