Jakie będę Twoje główne obowiązki?

  • Inwentaryzacja oprogramowania Infor (m.in. moduły LN, OS, Factory Track) oraz jego aktualizacja.
  • Monitorowanie i zapewnienie wydajności serwerów i infrastruktury systemu.
  • Zarządzanie integracją w Infor ION w celu zapewnienia płynnego przepływu danych oraz konfiguracją procesów workflow.
  • Współpraca z Klientami (głównie z działem IT Klienta), zespołami wdrożeniowymi i wewnętrznym działem IT.
  • Wsparcie w zarządzaniu zadaniami zespołu konsultantów technicznych.
  • Kontakt z użytkownikiem końcowym bezpośrednio i przed w systemie zgłoszeń Klienta.
  • Zapewnienie wsparcia technicznego w rozwiązywaniu problemów technicznych związanych z oprogramowaniem Infor (m.in. moduły LN, OS, Factory Track).
  • Zarządzanie migracją techniczną między wersjami Infor LN.
  • Kierowanie rozwojem oprogramowania Infor.
  • Przygotowywanie wymiarowania środowiska.
  • Zarządzanie kontami i zasobami użytkowników w Active Directory.
  • Nadzór nad przechowywaniem danych, dostępem do nich i strategiami tworzenia kopii zapasowych.
  • Wdrażanie strategii bezpieczeństwa w celu ochrony danych i systemu, opracowywanie planów minimalizujących przestoje i zapobiegających utracie danych.


Co jest dla nas ważne?

  • Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe w obszarze IT.
  • Znajomość systemu operacyjnego Windows 10 oraz środowisk Windows Server.
  • Znajomość baz danych (SQL).
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z wirtualizacją (np. VSphere) oraz konfiguracjami sieciowymi (DNS, Firewall).
  • Rozumienie infrastruktury IT i zależności między jej poszczególnymi elementami.
  • Znajomość podstaw zarządzania Active Directory.
  • Doświadczenie w zdalnym wsparciu Użytkowników.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację (min. B2).

  • Doświadczenie w kierowaniu zespołem wsparcia technicznego.
  • Znajomość narzędzi oprogramowania Infor​.
