• Central Europe invoices scanning
• Ariba PO expertise: support business engagement leaders with advisory and Genpact with correct DoA matching; provide feedback where learning platform need to be improved
• Partner with engagement leaders to gather information for monthly accruals
• Calculate indirect spend accruals and prepare journal entry (Ariba and other sources)
• Provide FPA with commentaries for actuals variances
• Prepare monthly accounts reconciliations related to accruals where applicable according to responsibility matrix split; or review Genpacts reconciliations
• Answer auditors queries, prepare required PWC annual open positions statements
• Issue 3rd parties invoices
• Finance related documents archive per local requirements
• Ensure compliance with internal global and local procedures as well as assigned SOX controls
• Cooperate with CoE team, GBS service delivery, BI & Sales Support, FPA, controllers, tax and internal control teams in order in order to improve processes, sharing knowledge and building positive relations
• Look for new ways of improving efficiency and quality of the processes within and outside the remit of the role

Our requirements

• 2 year+ experience in finance/accounting structures, preferably in the multinational company
• Diploma in Finance/Accounting and professional accounting certification
• Very good knowledge of accounting systems and experience in working with them
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP standards
• Ability to be self organized and disciplined, work under pressure and with the strict deadlines
• Very good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
• Understanding of multi cultural work environment
• Great learning agility
• Proactiveness, ability to maintain high quality performance in the changing environment
• Curiosity and willingness to constantly seek self improvement and improvement of the processes
