This is a genuine 0-to-1 opportunity to write the playbook for a brand-new category.About the RoleOur client is searching for a hands-on technical leader to build their regional technical organization from the ground up.This is NOT a traditional, hands-off executive CTO role. Think 'Founding Engineer' energy combined with senior leadership experience. You'll be the technical face of the company in your region, splitting your time between leading technical sales, owning complex integrations, and building your high-performing team of 5-10 engineers.Your Key Responsibilities: Technical Sales Leadership: Lead demos, architecture reviews, and security discussions with enterprise clients. Hands-On Engineering: Ship code, build integrations, and maintain high engineering standards. You'll be deep in the codebase. Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a top-tier technical team (engineers, integration specialists).️ Customer Success: Own end-to-end integration and deployment of our AI agents for major clients. Product Localization: Gather regional feedback and collaborate with global R&D/Product teams at HQ.️ Regional Technical Authority: Serve as the go-to technical point of contact for customers, partners, and escalations.Must-Have Requirements:✅ 7-8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with shipped products. Deep GenAI/AI Agents Experience: You've built or worked extensively with AI agents.️ Customer-Facing Pro: Proven background in roles like Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer. Pre-Sales / Solution Architecture: Track record of leading complex technical implementations and enterprise sales discussions. Leadership & Startup DNA: Experience at a Director/VP level OR as a startup founder/co-founder. You thrive in ambiguity and move fast.
