About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects across diverse business areas. You’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle — ensuring objectives are met in terms of scope, quality, and timelines. The role involves close collaboration with technical and business teams, driving progress, and ensuring successful delivery.


Key Responsibilities

· Lead projects from initiation to closure with full accountability for outcomes.

· Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across multiple teams.

· Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

· Align project goals with business strategy and technical capabilities.

· Manage budgets, forecasts, and project profitability.

· Support pre-sales activities by helping to shape project scopes and delivery plans.


Requirements

· 3–4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT.

· Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

· Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Fluent English (minimum B2 level).


Soft Skills

· Open communication and strong interpersonal abilities.

· Negotiation and decision-making skills under pressure.

· Proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership for project outcomes.


Nice to Have

· Experience in finance, banking, or corporate IT environments.

· Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP.

· Experience working on system integrations or enterprise migrations.
