About the project

We are seeking a NetSuite Application Specialist with experience in NSPB to manage, optimize, and continuously enhance NetSuite ERP platform. In this role, you will act as a vital link between business and IT teams, ensuring that finance, operations, and other departments are fully supported by effective system configurations and processes. You will drive system improvements, maintain data accuracy, and help implement best practices to support business growth and efficiency.

Your responsibilities
  • Administer and manage the NetSuite environment, including user roles, permissions, and system security settings
  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, Reporting) to align with business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement system enhancements
  • Create and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, and scripts to automate and improve processes
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with NetSuite support to ensure smooth operation
Our requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, working directly with NetSuite ERP
  • Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite, including module configuration, customization, and system administration
  • Hands-on experience with NSPB (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting), including planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Good understanding of data management, SQL, and data validation to ensure system integrity and reporting accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams
  • Residing in Poland required
