This role requires technical understanding of contact center systems, cloud-native architecture, and integration with complex enterprise ecosystems, including both on-premise and cloud components.You’ll collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, development, and security teams to ensure that all solutions are scalable, compliant with DORA/VAIT, and aligned with ERGO’s governance standards. Your work will focus on pragmatic delivery, helping cross-functional teams bring intelligent automation to life in a secure, compliant, and efficient manner.
