CyberSecurity Manager

Join our Consulting Clients’ Cyber Detection and Response (CDR) Team and help them provide the best service.


Your role
  • Strategically manage and oversee CSIRT, ensuring swift, effective responses to cybersecurity incidents.
  • Drive continuous improvement of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Lead complex forensics investigations, providing expert guidance on handling sensitive evidence.
  • Support senior and junior analysts in resolving technical details and escalating high-severity incidents.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive incident response plans.
  • Conduct advanced training sessions and exercises for the CSIRT.
  • Assess RFPs for external cybersecurity services, guiding vendor selection and partnerships.
  • Prepare SoWs, including scoping, assumptions, milestones, pricing, and governance.
  • Oversee incident management processes, including registration, triage, prioritization, and escalation.
  • Ensure legal compliance in evidence collection for litigation.
  • Provide detailed post-incident analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Build relationships and partner with stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous learning.

Requirements
  • Leadership and understanding of the security domain.
  • Experience in managing CSIRT.
  • Expert-level knowledge of cybersecurity threats, forensic analysis, incident handling, and legal aspects of evidence collection.
  • Experience in RFP solutions and team leadership.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Agile, flexible mindset.
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or equivalent certifications (CISSP, SSCP, CISA).
  • Experience with security monitoring tools (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, LogRhythm, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of security concepts, cyber-attacks, threat vectors, risk management, and incident management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
