Our newly established Digital Customer Engagement & Digital Excellence department takes a holistic approach to consumer and doctor interactions, ensuring the right patient meets the right doctor at the right time. Through digital engagement tools, apps, webinars, and innovative partnerships, such as AI chatbots on allergy clinic websites, we aim to provide simple yet effective solutions for people living with allergies and the doctors who treat them.


The team operates globally in markets such as Germany, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Slovakia, and Canada, with more to come. To support this journey, we’re looking for a new Technical Project Manager to join our Digital Customer Engagement team.


The position:

As the Technical Project Manager, you will become an integral part of our dynamic Digital Customer Engagement team, comprising over 25 dedicated members who are working in a hybrid organization. This role is based in Krakow, Poland. Here, you will play a pivotal role, acting as the essential link between our business objectives and technical implementation, ensuring that our solutions are perfectly aligned with customer needs and expectations.

In this position, you will immerse yourself in hands-on projects, collaborating with a mix of in-house experts and external partners to develop innovative, business-driven solutions across various domains. These projects will range from CMS migrations, UX enhancements, and technical SEO implementations to infrastructure architecture and CRM integrations, providing you with a broad and stimulating range of responsibilities.


Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in project management of web development projects, including CMS migrations.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to build relationships with internal and external team members, motivating the team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to keep teams and projects on schedule.
  • Familiarity with new and established software systems like GitHub, ServiceNow, Google Cloud Services.
  • Expertise in agile project management methodologies and practical knowledge of tools like ASANA or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and business teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify potential issues and develop solutions proactively.
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Ambitious and curious on all areas of our technical operations and product development


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, communication plans, resource plans, and processes.
  • Lead budget and resource allocation through all project phases.
  • Schedule project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and communicate detailed specifications for implementation, ensuring clear deliverables are determined and met.
  • Manage day-to-day assigned technical projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to relevant stakeholders, confirming project schedules, and discussing any project issues.
  • Analyse risks and provide regular updates regarding any problems or potential problems, taking proactive steps to minimize delays.
  • Forecast potential schedule delays and develop alternate plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation.
